One of Honeybee's previous limitations, was that there were so many different data tables, but no way to connect them without a good background in Excel. Using our BI Reporting Module, linking these tables into a single sheet is now a simple procedure.
All you need to do is to add a new tile (instructions here); however, instead of pressing "ok" after selecting your first table, there is an additional step. After selecting a data table, and selecting the fields you wish to see, you can then join this data to a new table by clicking on "select data" BELOW your first selection:
Here you will se data tables directly associated with your original selection. You can join several different tables using this method to create highly customised data tables. In this example, we'll join on the "Customer Assigned users", which is the table where Visit Frequencies:
We would also like to see which user this applies to, so we'll join on the "Users" table as well:
Now that we have all the information we require, and deselected all the "clutter", we select "ok":
The result, is a custom table, showing some customer fields, along with the associated visit frequencies, all in a single table:
You can now add this tile to the dasboard, or continue adding filters or visuals.
