This story starts off like so many other here: Please log into your Honeybee Insights web page, I'm sure you know how to do that.
Now, head on over to the Reports section:
Look for the desired report that needs to be amended - I have chosen my Daily Call Report in this example.
Now click on the Schedule tab - This is the section on report export format, date and time for delivery, etc,..
Now look for the section on "Email Settings" as can be seen below and ....
Click on it - revealing the various export formats allowed eg.:
