Click on the "Trouble logging in?" link as indicated below in red
Type in an e-mail address and click on "SUBMIT"
Follow the link that was sent to your e-mail to reset your password for Honeybee Insights.
On Mobile devices, once you have pressed on the Honeybee app - you may be presented, from time to time, with the below screen:
Your Username should be present already.
Just before pushing on the "Forgot password/username" link, please input your Company name into the relevant field as can be seen below and also be aware that the company name will always be lowercase as one complete word :
Now push on the link labelled "Forgot password/username" and you will be presented with a website requesting your email address to reset your password. Please input your company email address and "Submit" the request.

Push on the "here" hyperlink and it will open another website allowing you to choose a password of your choice, as can be seen below:
Submit the password reset request and you are good to go!
