Customer fields have extra email settings such as:
- Add this field to a new customer email
- Add this field to a new order email
- Add this field on quote email
- Add this field on credit note email
By ticking these boxes, the specific customer field will appear on every email that was selected.
Other settings include:
- Have a value- which means that the form will not save if this field is not filled in.
- Search by this field- information in this field will be searchable on the mobile
- Filter by this field- the information in this field can be filtered on the mobile and on reports
- Sort by this field- information in this field can be sorted.
