This is an issue that clients with large product databases experience at times, thankfully, it is relatively easy to fix!
1) Go to the main Honeybee dashboard
2) Click on Settings (the three little lines in the top right-hand corner of the Honeybee screen).
3) Select Preferences
4) Deselect the option "Show all products on order form"
When this option is selected, Honeybee needs to load the entire database on the order pages, this can take some time if you have a large product database, so it is therefore more advisable to add products to the order form yourself, or better, use our ridiculously cool catalogue for ordering / quoting!
