Here follows a brief, but hopefully not boring, troubleshooting guide to iOS Honeybee sync problems:
In my opinion, the current top of the charts issues causing problems, would be : login with username as your email address..... a Big NO NO!!!
iOS currently does allow this, however, I have requested this to be blocked for future releases.
This is the incorrect method of login:

You may see that the user is currently syncing, as indicated below:
The sync will never complete.
Let's have a look in the Insights Logs for the user:
Still, can't see a reason for the information not syncing...
However, asking the user to go to Honeybee -> Settings -> Read out the Login name, will definitely provide an effective way of knowing exactly where the sync issue is originating from.
And that's how you check if you are logged in correctly on iOS!
